Tonya Grubb
The brainchild behind T'z Market Place, formally known as Devlin's Market Place, is Tonya Grubb, owner, connoisseur, builder and artist.

Grubb attended restaurant services and hotel restaurant management school, and then spent 16 years with a major food corporation in sales and finance. She learned the tricks of the trade, and what makes a restaurant flourish or wilt, all while selling more than 20 thousand restaurant related products to those in the industry. In 1990 Grubb was transferred to the Valley from Maryland, took up, what she referred to, as a "new hobby". Grubb started purchasing houses to flip, doing much of the work herself. In 2003 her father passed away suddenly and she decided to change the direction of her life.
Grubb sold two of her renovated homes, developed a solid plan and purchased the Market Place. It was a natural fit with her experience, and love of wine and good food. Grubb personally built her dreams with a jack hammer, spray painter and a tool belt as she renovated an historical space in Chandler, AZ. T'z Market Place has her creative and eclectic touch throughout the store with hand made signs, an 18th century door turned into a bar and family heirlooms such as her dad's old giant stop light and crab pot that serves as a display table. When she's not at T'z, Grubb doubles as an artist and enjoys welding pieces for her home and creating pottery. She also enjoys traveling and takes pleasure in sampling unique cuisine.
